By accessing or using Mocker-en.com ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), viewing or competing on our leaderboards, entering community tournaments, or claiming leaderboard rewards, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
Participation on Mocker-en is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that your participation does not violate applicable local regulations.
3. Competitive Integrity & Fair-Play Policy
Mocker-en is dedicated to fostering a clean, transparent, and fair competitive esports ecosystem. Participants must adhere strictly to fair competition standards. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Utilizing unauthorized third-party software, bots, macros, memory injectors, or radar exploits.
- Falsifying match scores, fabricating VOD/screenshot verification proof, or manipulating leaderboard data.
- Engaging in win-trading, smurfing, match-fixing, or covert collusion with opponents.
- Impersonating administrators, staff moderators, or other verified players.
Any confirmed violation will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of points/prizes, and a permanent global ban across all Mocker-en platforms.
4. Leaderboard Ranking & Score Auditing
Leaderboard calculations, score tracking, and rankings are updated automatically or manually verified by tournament administrators. Mocker-en reserves the absolute right to audit, recalculate, adjust, or invalidate scores in the event of technical bugs, data synchronization delays, or discovered rule violations.
5. Rewards & Prize Claim Procedures
Prizes and bonuses listed in the Rewards section are subject to strict identity and eligibility verification:
- Winners must open a verification ticket within 7 days of seasonal leaderboard conclusion.
- Physical reward shipments are subject to carrier feasibility and customs regulations in the recipient's country.
- Digital vouchers, crypto prizes, or coupon codes are final and non-transferable once issued.
- Mocker-en reserves the right to substitute rewards with cash/credit equivalents of equal value if unforeseen inventory or supply disruptions occur.
6. Community Guidelines & Code of Conduct
Users must maintain civil and respectful behavior across all community hubs (Kick, Discord, X). Hate speech, harassment, doxxing, toxic spam, and defamatory attacks directed at players, streamers, or staff members will not be tolerated and may lead to immediate exclusion from all community competitions.
7. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights
All trademarks, graphics, logo assets, UI designs, sound effects, codebases, and brand elements displayed on Mocker-en.com are the intellectual property of Mocker-en or its respective licensors. Unauthorized scraping, reproduction, or redistribution of proprietary branding is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers & Non-Gambling Notice
Mocker-en is an esports leaderboard tracking and entertainment portal. This website does not facilitate or operate real-money gambling. All leaderboard data is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted website availability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mocker-en, its affiliates, streamers, and administrators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use, network latency, connection dropouts during tournament matches, or third-party service interruptions.
10. Modifications & Dispute Resolution
We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Mocker-en constitutes binding acceptance of amended terms. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved under fair arbitration by platform administration.
